Free users enjoy unlimited flipbook creation with standard features. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to unlock advanced customization, remove watermarks, and access premium templates.

We offer a simple, hassle-free refund process for Pro subscribers who are not satisfied with our service.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- ✓You request a refund within 30 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase
- ✓This is your first Pro subscription (first-time subscribers only)
- ✓You provide basic feedback explaining why the service didn't meet your needs (helps us improve)
- ✓Your account has no history of refund abuse or fraudulent activity
Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available
- ✗After 30 days: Refund requests made after the 30-day window are not eligible

Subscription Cancellation (Without Refund)
If you wish to cancel your Pro subscription but are past the 30-day refund window:
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan when the period ends
- All your existing flipbooks will remain accessible

Partial Refunds
In certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion:
