• Free Plan: Basic flipbook creation with standard features
• Pro Plan: Advanced customization, branding options, and enhanced features
• Hosting Services: Storage and delivery of your flipbooks via our CDN
• Analytics: Basic usage statistics and viewer insights

3. User Responsibilities

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to FreeFlipbook. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process and convert your PDF files into flipbook format
• Store your content on our servers
• Display your flipbooks to users you designate
• Create backup copies for data integrity

Content Standards

You agree not to upload or distribute content that:

Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Active Accounts: Your flipbooks remain stored indefinitely while your account is active
• Inactive Free Accounts: Flipbooks may be deleted after 12 months of account inactivity
• Deleted Accounts: All user data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Backup Copies: Backup copies are retained for 90 days for disaster recovery

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use our services for benchmark testing or competitive analysis

All intellectual property rights in FreeFlipbook (including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and logos) belong to us or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform
• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

7. Payment Terms (Pro Plans)

Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected
• All fees are charged in USD and are non-refundable (see Refund Policy)
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
